- Sale items are not eligible for exchanges/refunds.
DAMAGES
- Refunds/ exchanges will be done if the items are damaged/torn/stained.
- To request refund/exchange please send us a proof of damage on WhatsApp (0310-3146568) within two days of delivery date.
- For refunds/ exchanges, parcels must be in the same condition and packaging, unused along with the tags.
- Refund/ exchange requests made after two days will not be entertained.
- Refund will be made after we have inspected your returned parcel.
EXCHANGES
- Change of mind does not qualify the parcel for any exchange or return.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
- We can not guarantee 100% match of colors as different screens view colors differently
- Although we try our best to capture the color as closely correct as possible, slight difference may be present due to screen filters/ variations in monitors and screens. And parcels cannot be refunded/exchanged on this basis.
- Just because products have the same color name that does not mean they are the same exact color. Also, don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be.
RETURN ADDRESS
- Parcels must be returned on the same address mentioned on the package.
